Biography & Philosophy
Dr. Radwa Rabie is a passionate IGCSE Biology teacher who believes in making science relatable, visual, and engaging. With over 22 years of experience, she inspires students through interactive teaching methods and real-world connections.
Her teaching philosophy centers around clarity, curiosity, and confidence — helping each student build a strong foundation and excel in exams with understanding, not memorization.
Her journey in teaching began in 2004 as a Teaching Assistant and Lab Instructor at The German University in Cairo, where she honed her skills in nurturing young minds in the scientific realm.
From 2007 to 2012, she served as a Senior Biology Teacher at IAK, Kuwait, and later broadened her horizons with teaching positions in various international schools, including the American Baccalaureate School of Kuwait and Harbin No. 9 High School in China.
In 2013, Dr. Radwa Rabie took on the role of an MS Science Teacher at Dasman Bilingual School, where her passion for science education continued to thrive. Her dedication led her to her current role as Head of the Biology Department at Confucius International School in Qingdao, China, where she has been shaping the next generation of scientific leaders since 2014.
Later, Dr Radwa moved to Kuwait where she has been teaching at Nottingham British school for the last 9 years holding different positions like Senior Biology teacher and head of Biology department.

Post graduate certificate in education, Sunderland university, U.K.
Over 10,000 IGCSE students taught across 3 countries
Teacher of 6 world achievers in Biology IGCSE and Edexcel AS Biology.
Teaching experience in U.K. and reputable international British schools in Kuwait, China and Egypt
Currently at Nottingham British School for 9 years (A level & O level Biology teacher)
